ONE TIME PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: Sign and complete this form to authorize Books Advisors to make a onetime debit to your card. By signing this form, you give us permission to debit your account for the amount indicated on or after the indicated date. This is permission for a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to your account.
AGREEMENT: I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted transaction date. In the case of the payment being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that Books Advisors may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days. I acknowledge that the origination of Card transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I will not dispute Books Advisors billing with my bank so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this agreement.
I agree to notify Books Advisors of any changes in my account information or of my decision to terminate this authorization at least three (3) days prior to the transfer date.
If payment is being made by a third party, the third party acknowledges that he/she has been authorized by the person to make this payment and authorizes Books Advisors to debit their account in accordance with the terms herein.
I understand, Books Advisors is an independent accounting solutions provider firm and does not represent to be affiliated with any other Software firm.

RETURN POLICY: For any service done on an account if the customer would like a refund a FULL REFUND will be given regardless of what the issue might be at any time after service is done. For any software purchased the customer will have the option to either get a full refund and have the QB license removed from the system or opt to keep the software and no refund will be given for the first 60 days after purchase. All financial software purchased through Books Advisors may be returned within 60 days from the date of invoice or as per application refund policy in force at the time of subscription.
